Do I need to take care of my patch?

If you want your patch to last over time: yes.

In fact, every two months, a little bit of balm or fat and you're good to go.

I recommend the Panda Grease (Trimadel) to nourish and protect the leather. It works great and you can use it on all your leather goods.

Is my patch guaranteed?

At Retex, we want your article to stay with you for as long as possible. Also, if you have any problem with Velcro, stitching or deterioration, contact us at retexpatch@gmail.com , with a photo of the item and we will, I am sure, find a solution.

Shipping times and costs.

​

Deadlines :

Each patch being made by hand, and the creation and drying processes being more or less long, it takes about 1 week for the order to leave, and 3 to 5 days for delivery in France, and 5 to 11 days for the international.

Prices :

It takes 3 € for a shipment in France and 6 € for an international shipment,

beyond 17 patches the costs are 5 € for a shipment in France and 10 € for the international one.
